มูลนิธิจะประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเฉพาะเมื่อมีฐานทางกฎหมายที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ได้แก่:

เมื่อผู้เยี่ยมชมแสดงความคิดเห็นบนเว็บไซต์ มูลนิธิจะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ปรากฏในแบบฟอร์มแสดงความคิดเห็น รวมถึงที่อยู่ IP และข้อมูเบราว์เซอร์ของผู้เยี่ยมชมเพื่อช่วยตรวจจับและป้องกันสแปม
